Welcome to the Big Easy
New Orleans has much to offer COGEL attendees! New Orleans is a city that lingers on the threshold between the Old World and the New, between history and legend. Here, in this little corner of the American South, where European traditions blend with Caribbean influences, the history is as colorful as the local architecture and the food is the stuff of legend. New Orleans is one of the culinary capitols of the world, and there's no shortage of restaurants to indulge your taste buds. Join your COGEL colleagues in December and become quickly acquainted—or re-acquainted—with one of the most authentic, culturally rich cities in America!
