All cancellations must be submitted in writing to director@cogel.org no later than November 14, 2025. Any cancellation requests submitted after the deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refunds will be processed after the close of the conference and will be charged a $100.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for "no shows”.
