The Change Catalyst: Guiding Your Audience Through New Regulations & Policies

A great messaging campaign is defined by vision and intent. Who are the people we’re trying to reach? What do we want them to do? How do we want them to view our organization?  This highly interactive session will give participants practice in creating effective messaging where audiences see themselves in the messages and see themselves as benefitting from the content.

Please note: This session will NOT be recorded. There will be breakout rooms. Cameras on are encouraged.

Facilitator

Kim Clark

President, Kim Clark Communications

Kim Clark (she/her) helps professionals create and present content that connects with the various demographics in their audience and helps them shine in their roles.

Kim is the co-author of The Conscious Communicator: The fine art of not saying stupid sh*t, an Amazon #1 bestseller. The book features The DEPTH Model, a messaging framework for communicators to use when making sure their content and position are aligned with organizational values and employee experience.

Every time you see Kim’s work or see her speak, you’ll hear her passion. This passion comes from her experience running employee communications, where she saw years of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Kim believes the key is to communicate consciously.
