October 16th: Engaging Training "Sub-Connect!"

On October 16th, the Honolulu’s Ethics Commission Assistant Executive Director and Legal Counsel Laurie Wong-Nowinski will guide COGEL members on a journey of better online learning experiences.  This online conversation will invite COGEL members to share their experiences and advice on the latest and best techniques in conducting webinars and other online training tools. 

All COGEL members are welcome to join this session, but it may be especially helpful for those in the COGEL training community. Don’t miss this practical and fun experience with all your COGEL training friends!

About This Month's Facilitators

Laurie Wong-Nowinski is the Assistant Executive Director & Legal Counsel of the Honolulu Ethics Commission.  She initiated and developed its online training programs, social media accounts, and specialized trainings.  She has been with the agency since 2010 as its Associate Legal Counsel, and was promoted to her current position in 2021.
