You're invited to this special Zoom meeting to re-connect after the enriching experiences of the 2023 COGEL Annual Conference. We will start with a warm welcome from the 2024 COGEL President Dan Cho and 2024 Program Committee Co-Chairs, Darrin Lim and Kristin Izumi-Nitao. Then, there will be dedicated time to breakout and engage with fellow members, share thoughts, and build upon the collaborative spirit that defines our community. Join us as we continue to foster meaningful connections and pave the way for a year filled with shared insights and mutual growth. Darrin Lim is Co-Founder and Partner of Politicom Law, a political compliance firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area in California.  He is Co-Chair of this year’s COGEL Conference and received the organization’s Outstanding Service Award in 2021.

Kristin Izumi-Nitao
Executive Director
State of Hawaii, Campaign Spending Commission

Kristin Izumi-Nitao is the Executive Director for the Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission since 2010.  She is a former prosecutor, deputy attorney general, and has served on COGEL’s Steering Committee, Program Committee, Membership Committee, and Nominating Committee.  She received a B.A. in Political Science and Art History from Wellesley College, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
