In breakout sessions, participants will tackle the key question: What can we do about it? We’ll explore the tools available to administrators and officials—communication strategies, transparency measures, process reforms, and other steps that have been effective in this environment.

Anton Boegman Chief Electoral Officer Elections British Columbia

Anton Boegman is the Chief Electoral Officer at Elections British Columbia. He has been with Elections BC since March 2004. Prior to joining Elections BC, Anton worked privately as a consultant, and for a variety of organizations including the Department of National Defense and Royal Roads University. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, has an MBA, is a certified project management professional (PMP), and a former Treasurer of COGEL.
